1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During drops, launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. That’s the trade-off of limited releases. If you can’t handle that, don’t buy during a drop.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide.

If your country is not available at checkout, contact us.
We regularly arrange special delivery options on request. No promises, no guarantees—but we’ll look for a solution.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Poland: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once the package leaves our hands, the carrier controls the timeline.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are your responsibility.
We do not declare false values or mark packages as gifts. Don’t ask.


5. Tracking

All orders include tracking once shipped.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier. Delays in tracking information are normal—especially for international shipments. Refreshing the page 20 times won’t make it move faster.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

We will investigate with the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or incorrect address details provided by you.


7. Incorrect Address

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be required to cover reshipping costs. No exceptions.
